At Asubra Cleaning Services our goal is to provide quality individualized customer service in a timely manner. No-shows and cancellation inconvenience those individuals who desire access to our services. Once you’ve made an appointment with Asubra Cleaning Services, we have now returned to the appointment time exclusively for you so please read our policy regarding cancellation and missed appointments.
In order to be respectful of the needs of our clients, please be courteous and notify us if you’re unable to hold an appointment. It’s our goal to have enough notice to be able to reallocate to someone else in need of service. If it’s necessary to cancel your schedule appointment, we require to be notified 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will hopefully allow another client to schedule service.
A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 48 hour advance notice and a late cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. No ShowA “no-show”, is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment, or a failure to make prior arrangements to have cleaning conducted when you aren’t home. This will be recorded in your customer account as a “no-show”. The first time there is a “no-show”, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. A 2nd occurrence will result in a fee in the amount of the work order scheduled. The 3d occurrence will be the fee in the amount of the work order scheduled and you may be ineligible for future service appointments. In the event that Asubra Cleaning Services needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 48 hours notice will be given to client. If Asubra Cleaning Services fails to give 48-hour notice one free cleaning will be offered. We appreciate the advance understanding.
It’s your choice. Many customers of our house cleaning service prefer to give us a key or the garage code. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.
We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement.
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our team. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle the worst possible messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
The cleaning techs need to be able to work without distractions. In the event the cleaners are not able to work without distractions that affect their ability to work in their normal speed, Asubra Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge fortheir extra time spent in the client’s home.
Payment is due the day the service is performed.

Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.
